Fantastic as a rub for meat especially lamb, poultry and fish, a seasoning for stews, soups, grains and vegetables. Dishes that are grilled or roasted are especially fantastic with Berbere. It is a wonderful all-purpose seasoning. Use it as a dry rub or blend with water or oil to make a flavorful paste.
Hand blended to order to ensure the most potent flavour, this mix includes ethically sourced cumin, coriander, ajowan, fenugreek, black peppercorns, allspice, ginger, birds eye chile, cloves and nutmeg.

Infuse 2 TBSP spice blend with one drop Ginger* and one drop Nutmeg* essential oil to give this spice blend an extra kick and sweetness.
