This Hawaiian sea salt, is farmed on various Hawaiian Islands said to be one of the most isolated places on earth, and is surrounded by pristine ocean waters. This salt is painstakingly harvested and combined with volcanic activated charcoal from area volcanos.
Hawiian Black Lava Sea Salt has a deep black colour and large silky flakes. It has a powerful and distinctive taste. Sprinkled on grilled fish, plantains, fruit salads, pan seared scallops, or perhaps most startlingly, sushi and sashimi, is where this salt makes your dish pop with flavour and style! Use as a finishing salt as it dissolves during cooking.
