Moroccan Couscous Blend
By in large, the main Moroccan dish most people are familiar with is couscous, the old national delicacy. Moroccan cuisine is influenced by historical interactions and exchanges with other cultures. The flavours are typically a mix of Mediterranean, Arabic, Andalusian, and most importantly, Berber cuisine with a tiny European and Subsaharian influence.
Our Moroccan Couscous Blend has a bright and fresh flavour with a mild heat from freshly ground ginger powder and orange peel. The blend is made to order and mixed by hand. Ingredients include ethically sourced ginger, cloves, cayenne, cardamom, coriander, parsley and orange peel.
