Mushroom Herb Blend
This is an herb blend from my favourite mushroom stew recipe. It may seem simple, but the delicate herb flavours add a balance and umami to most dishes it is added to. It does best when paired with other mild flavours and in vegetable dishes.
This hand blended mix of ethically sourced herbs is made of sage, thyme and marjoram. Three of the best herbs for pairing with mushrooms of all kinds. Try it in your favourite mushroom dish, soups, on eggs, in sauces and with poultry. It has a warm and herbaceous flavour that is still delicate.
