In several traditional African and Portuguese dishes, use this blend as a dry rub on chicken, meat and veggies. A depth of flavour with a real intense heat, try this mixed in sauces, dips and pasta salad. Our blend is a hand mixed, ethically sourced combination of bird's eye chili, habanero, paprika, cumin, ginger, armchoor, garlic, oregano, and cayenne.
