GENERAL INFORMATION
Wine (traditionally red) was first recorded as spiced and heated in Rome during the 2nd century. Today, Mulled Wine is a favourite in cold weather months especially in Europe.

CULINARY USES
This blend is mixed with the light, crisp flavours of white wine in mind. A mix of ethically sourced rosemary, thyme, elderberry, orange, ginger and vanilla - add a TBSP of this spice blend in a tea infuser (or a piece of cheese cloth tied at the top) to 2 bottles of your favourite white wine. Add 1/3 cup of granulated sugar as well as wedges of one orange and one lemon. Cranberries are another great addition! Combine everything in a pot or slow cooker and heat over medium-low for at least an hour until the scent fills your kitchen!

You can trade the wine for 2 L of apple cider or pear juice - but omit the sugar, as these are sweet enough on their own.
